Ingredients
Pork and Feta Meatballs
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 level tablespoons dried italian herbs
- 500 g pork mince
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 --- egg
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper, ground
Sauce
- 50 g onion, Quartered
- 20 g olive oil
- 800 g Can Diced tomato
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper, ground

- Add Garlic. Speed 7 for 5 seconds.
Add mince, herbs, feta, egg and salt and pepper. Speed 5 for 10 seconds.
Oil varoma basket and tray. Divide mixture into 12 meatballs and place in varoma tray and basket.
Rinse bowl.
Add onion and olive oil. Speed 5 for 5 seconds. Then 120 degrees for 3 mins.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Place varoma on top and cook Varoma speed 1 for 20 mins.
Place meat balls and sauce in Thermo serving dish and mix. Serve with pasta, rice or mash.
