  • 2 level tablespoons tandoori paste (Sharwoods), I've been using stuff from a jar as it needed to be used.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. 1/2 fill the Thermomix bowl with water

    2. Place the tandoori paste and diced chicken into a mixing bowl and combine until the chicken is full coated.

    3. Place the chicken on the Varoma tray.

    4. Place the Varoma onto your Thermomix.

    5. Cook for 30mins, Varoma temperate, speed 4.

     

Tip

You can add more or less tandoori paste depending on your family's tastes. 2 tablespoons is enough to coat 800g of chicken without making it too overpowering.
