Spicy Beef

  • 20 g ginger, stem
  • 20 g garlic
  • 180 g onion
  • 75 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp szechuan peppercorns
  • 500 g Beef, cut in strips
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
  • 40 g oyster sauce
  • 40 g soy sauce
  • 1 to taste chilli, fresh
  • 1/2 Capsicum
  • 100 g onion

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add Ginger (cut in coins), garlic and onion to bowl 3s,sp7.
    2. Scrape down sides of bowl.
    3. Add oil and szechuan to bowl, cook 3mins, Varoma sp1 place simmering basket on top .
    4. Add beef strips,salt,Five spice,chilli, oyster and soy sauce to bowl.
    5 Cook 10mins Varoma reverse speed stir with simmering basket on lid.
    6. Add onion and capsicum (add other vegetables to your taste)
    7. Cook 5 mins 100 reverse speed 1

Tip

You can add more vegetables to bulk out meal just adjust cooking time.
