  • 250 grams coconut milk
  • 1 medium apple quartered, peeled
  • 2 tablespoon white chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 10 drop Stevia to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Apple, cinnamon & chia seed porridge
  1. Peel, quarter & core 1 medium apple and place in thermomix.

    Add 250g (3/4 cup) coconut milk.

    Blend 8 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down sides.

     

  2. Add 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and stevia to taste.

    Insert butterfly, 50 degrees, 10 minutes on speed 1.

    Top with sliced banana.

    Super yummy. I used a teaspoon of rice malt syrup instead of stevia. Very yummy as a warm dessert, and leftovers were great cold for breakfast. Will definitely make again.
