Add all the ingredients into the bowl, turbo for 4 seconds.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container
Tip
This is a great mix on natural yoghurt with a sliced banana for breakfast, leaving out the apple means it keeps for longer.
The combination is great for ladies, check out the benefits of raw cacoa.

thanks so much for the info re. raw cacao nibs. From what I gather they are a true 'superfood'!! I have now added these to my diet along with your great recipe- I love the idea of leaving out the apple and being able prepare the mix for a few days at a time.
