Made this without liquid smoke, & used Captain Morgans OP Jamaican Rum. Absolutely delicious!!
This is an incredible sauce. I make it and use it in a sauce for steak the family loves. Thank you for such a beautiful recipe.
I found it very srong and peppery so added cream, but still court the back of the throat so will put less pepper in next time.
Only sauce I make in our house!
This is now my BBQ Sauce i dont buy from the Supermarket anymore
I can't taste this myself due to dietary restrictions but my family all thought this was more of a Steak Sauce than a traditional BBQ sauce. None the less they really liked it and I would use the recipe again without a doubt.
This was my first attempt at Barbecue sauce.. I will definately make this again!! Yumm
This was sensational and both hubby and son who are into 'Texas style' bbquing, thought it was great. They thought it was on par with Bob Hart's BBQ sauce, which I used to make 'BeforeTM', so well done Fleur, it's a winner in our family!
So many recipes to try, but so little time!
