Best jam. I reduced the sugar to 180g with perfect result.
So easy and so tasty. I used honey as suggested by another person, so good my Daughter was eating spoonfuls out of the jar 😆
This is my go to jam after many other average attempts at others. I add chia seeds also. Store bought jam pales in comparison to homemade so I am stoked to find one that is easy and a success!!
Reduced sugar to 100g. Used only strawberries. Tilted MC as almost bubbled over initially. May reduce temp in final 10mins as started to burn on base of bowl. Yum !
Awesome and flexible. I used a combination of frozen blueberries, fresh strawberries and rhubarb. Like another, I used honey as the sweetener. It sets beautifully and never lasts long.
OMG! This jam is amazing. I used equal quantities of blueberries and strawberries.
Yummy and oh so easy. 💕
I wanted a recipe for a processed sugar free jam for GAPs diet. I make this with 200 grams of honey instead of the sugar. Yum! So beautiful. Thank you for the recipe, it's just beautiful. The whole family wants a jar when I make it and its gone quickly So I don't know how long it would keep with the honey. We use it in our homemade yoghurt as a sweet for dessert.
Very easy to make and the vanilla gives a nice smell to the jam. I only had 125g blueberries so made the difference up with strawberries... Reduced the sugar to 200g and still very sweet. Still set well
Wow! This is the best jam I have ever made, perfect setting and consistency. House smelt amazing as it was cooking! The vanilla flavour intensifies after cooling.
I used about 215g blueberries and the rest strawberries.
also used organic vanilla powder instead of the paste! Yum yum yum yum
