Ingredients
- 5-10 grams oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 red onion, cut in half
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery stick, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 40 grams long grain rice
- 10 grams wild rice
- 60 grams red lentils
- 60 grams green lentils
- 1000 grams vegetable stock
- 200 grams Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 150 grams frozen broad beans

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add the onion, garlic and ginger to the TM. Chop for 3 sec on speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add the oil and spices. Saute for 2 mins at 100 degrees on speed 1.
2. Add the carrot and celery and chop for 3 secs on speed 7.
3. Add the rice, lentils and vegetable stock and cook for 20 mins at 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
4. Transfer to a thermoserver. Add the chickpeas and broad beans and allow to sit for 5 mins.

Just want to check is it really a 1000g vegatable stock that you put in, just thinking wouldn't that be really salty?
