- 270 grams Milk

Place cheese in bowl. Grate 10 seconds, Speed 9. Set aside.
Add all other ingredients to bowl. Mix 4 seconds, speed 5.
Cook 4 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 1.
Add reserved cheese. Cook for a further 4 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 1.
Tip
For thicker sauce, Add an additional 1/2 - 1 Tbsp of flour at step 2 (2.5 - 3 Tbsp total).

Made this to put in my broccoli bake, it was delicious! I added parsley as someone suggested and it was great. Might thicken it a bit more next time. Easy to make, will definitely make again.

If you add a good handful (to taste) of fresh Parsley in at step one, it tastes even better!!
For a smoother consistency, (not that there is anything wrong with it) mix 5 seconds speed 6 at the end.
I totally agree. All that stirring & never quite knowing how successful it will be, but this way it does it itself and no lumps.
I made this tonight to go with homemade chick snitty and it was awesome... next time I might add some garlic and onion as others suggested.. Thanks for sharing this.
