If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Absolutely delicious! I made a half batch and used real garlic cloves instead of minced garlic, just blitzed the garlic first.

I love this, I also add garlic powder, after the cream, ( to taste) as I like a extra strong flavour.
Very easy and tasty recipe. I will be making this one again and again. For a small family I recommend that you half the quantities, as the recipe makes an abundance of sauce. My husband loves it, it is restaurant quality at home.
