Add onion, garlic and mushrooms to bowl. Chop 3 seconds, speed 6
Add oil and sauté 2 mins, 100 degrees, speed soft
Add spinach, tomatoes, wine and salt & pepper and cook 4 mins, 100 degrees, reverse, speed soft
Tip
If you prefer your sauce thicker, reduce liquid ingredients
