  • 750 grams Saltanas
  • 500 grams sugar raw
  • 500 grams vinegar, white

Recipe's preparation

    Hot Chilli Chutney
  1. Closed lid"Closed lid" chop at speed 5 for 20 to 30 seconds depending on desired consistency 

  2. Add Vinegar and sugar and mix speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

  3. at 100 degrees, for 60 minutes with MC not in place, cook at speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation"

  4. When thickened to your liking, place into sterilised glass jars and let cool slightly for 10 minutes covered with a clean tea towel and then place lids on the jars and let cool

  5. Enjoy,

    Use chillis that are as hot as you like

    I have made this recipe twice now but have halved the sugar. We love it and enjoy it with cheese, cold meats and even by the spoonful! Yum!
