- 20 g capers, baby, in brine
- 30 g red onion, or shallots
- 20 Cornichons
- 1/2 tsp Dried Dill
- 1/2 tsp pepper, black, ground
- 100 g sour cream
- 30 g lemon juice
- 180 g Smoked Salmon, hot smoked salmon

- Place capers, onion, large dice, cornichons, dill and pepper into bowl and chop 10 seconds/speed 5.
Make sure onion is chopped finely.
Add remaining ingredients and mix on 5 seconds/R/speed 3.
Tip
You can use tinned red salmon in this recipe.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -
