- 15 g pkt spring vegetable soup mix
- 1 Phillidephia cream cheese (250g)
- 5 Spring Onion/Shallots, Roughly Chopped
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, white
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 200 g sour cream

Place spring onion/shallots into TM bowl. Chop for 5 seconds on speed 7.
Scrape down sides of bowl and add remaining ingredients except the sour cream. Mix for 20 seconds on speed 4–5.
Scrape down sides and add Sour Cream and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4-5 (or until desired consistency is achieved).
Tip
Note:
You can use light cream cheese, which will make the mixture runnier as the full fat causes the mixture to set.
