Sauce

  • 100 g water
  • 4 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Recipe's preparation

    Mix Sauce Ingredients in a bowl. Set aside
    Place shallots, garlic, red chillies into bowl to chop
  1. 5 seconds Speed 5
  2. Scrape down. Add cooking oil.
  3. 5 mins 120°C Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Spoon Speed
  4. Add in sauce mixture
  5. 5mins 120°C Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Spoon Speed

Tip

Store sauce in glass jar and keep in fridge for up to a month

Sauce goes well with pork ribs, seafood
