- 70 g oil
- 10 pieces shallots, skin peeled
- 5 clove garlic, skin peeled
- 4 pieces chilli, fresh, seeds removed
Sauce
- 100 g water
- 4 tbsp chilli sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Mix Sauce Ingredients in a bowl. Set aside
Place shallots, garlic, red chillies into bowl to chop
Scrape down. Add cooking oil.
Add in sauce mixture
Tip
Store sauce in glass jar and keep in fridge for up to a month
Sauce goes well with pork ribs, seafood
