Ingredients

Dark chocolate dip

  • 200 grams Toblerone dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 2 Eggs.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Coffee liqueur, (Kaluha)
  • 500 grams selection of fresh fruit, strawberries, grapes

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grate chocolate for 6 seconds on speed 8

    Melt for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, 50 degrees on speed 3

    Set aside to cool and clean bowl

    Mix cream cheese, egg yolks and liqueur for 30 seconds on speed 5

    Add cooled melted chocolate and stir for 30 seconds on speed 3

    Set aside then clean bowl well and ensure thoroughly dry

    Insert butterfly, add egg whites and beat for 3 minutes on

    speed 3-4

    Use spatula to scrape down sides

    Pour in chocolate mixture and fold through for 20 seconds Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1

    Refridgerate for 1 hour before serving with a fruit platter
