Ingredients
Tofu alfredo sauce
- 300 g silken tofu
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1/2 cup Cashews, soaked
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1 cup plant milk
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste

- 1. Add all ingredients to the bowl and blend for 1 minute speed 7.
2. Simmer on the stove for 15 min then add to cooked pasta & veggie.
Method
Tip
You can swap out the miso paste for nutritional yeast.
If want a thinner consistencey you can add another 1/2 cup of stock.
You can either soak the cashews over night or for 10 minutes in hot water.
I like to cook my pasta and veggies in the same pot (just add the veggies in 5 minutes before the pasta is done.)

I'm curious as to why you did not cook the sauce in the Thermomix? It is far superior to a pot in controlling the heat and stirring at the same time.
