Just tried this, pretty stoked with the results as I can't have cow produce. Question though, what do I do with the leftover liquid? Can it be re-use or just discard?

Awesome recipe! Even my husband loved it and he doesn't normally like goats cheese at all tmrc_emoticons.) this will be one of our regular recipes for sure!

love this - so easy to make.  I add a  dash of salt when i put in to a container and put a drizzle of oil on the top.

this worked great.  I love goats cheese and this goats ricotta is lovely.  Used it to make a dip/spread this time from marked down supermarket bottled goats milk.  Left over whey will be used in my breadmaking, helps to make lovely light bread.

Just made this for the second time and it worked perfectly again!

Last time I added garlic and thyme, however this time I'm going to keep the natural flavour and just put some grapeseed oil to make it last in the fridge.

It tastes so good! Thank you  tmrc_emoticons.)

I've tried this twice now with the goats milk from a carton (which my friend uses & it worked perfectly)- but the milk didn't curdle either time. I tried adding more lemon juice & also tried heating again and adding more juice.

This is such a simple recipe- any ideas what went wrong? Thank you!

I used the chilled milk from Woolies, added some basil & sundried tomato at the end, and it is DIVINE! I will definitely be keeping an eye out for goats milk on special!Thank you very much for the recipe!

Thanks so much for this recipe.

I've been keen to try goats cheese for a while, but at $80 a kg, it's too expensive. I made fromage blanc (farmers cheese) with cows milk successfully this week, and will definitely try this.

I used  plain full cream milk and added fresh herbs and it is beautiful

I also use the fresh goats milk & it works for me..maybe you didn't add enough lemon juice?
