Ingredients
Cheeseburger Spring rolls
- 20 sheets spring rolls papers
- 300 g minced pork
- 300 g Minced beef
- 1 brown onion, cut in 1/2
- 2 clove garlic
- 125 g diced burger cheese
- 100 gram dill pickles
- 30 g American Mustard
- 50 g Tomato ketchup
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
burger dipping sauce
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 30 g diced pickles
- 20 g chopped parsley
- 20 g franks hot sauce
- 1 tablespoons smoked paprika

- Add onion and garlic to the bowl
Chop for 5 secs speed 5 ( repeat if nessecary ) set aside
Add mince to the bowl and salt and pepper .
Chop for 3sec speed 5
Remove , Clean and Dry Mixing bowl
Shape into rough thin patties
Remove and Fry on a hot pan or BBQ .Smash the patties so it carmeslised well .
Add pickles to mixing bowl and chop for 3 secs speed 5.
Add meat patties and chop for 3 secs speed 5
Add chopped cheese , onions , garlic , mustard, tomato ketchup
Mix on Speed 2 until all combined . - Rolling Spring rolls
Use a damp tea towel to keep the spring roll pastry sheets moist. Lay out one pastry sheet diagonally and place about a tablespoon of filling at one end, roll and fold in the two sides and continue rolling till it forms a spring roll. Seal the end with beaten egg .Fry the spring rolls in about an inch of oil in a fry pan. Once browned, remove from oil and set on paper towel to cool. - Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix speed 2 until combined
