For an easy breakfast, steam some eggs for the remaining 7-10 minutes in the Varoma in some greased ramekins or silicon cupcake moulds, and serve with baby spinach leaves and toast.

Planned already to make it regularly.

Easier than expected. Drain the beans. Added bacon, yum, thanks.

Delicious, easy and quick. I love that this is made entirely from ingredients I already have at home, and means I know exactly what is going into it. I used tinned tomatoes and red kidney beans and it was the perfect amount of me and my fiance for brekky!
Edit: there's a glitch that won't let me rate this recipe, but 5 stars for sure! Big Smile

Lovely flavour. I'd leave out the MC of water though, and only add the beans at the last minute so they stayed whole. Thank you.

Simple ingredients and really tasty.  I doubled the recipe and cooked it for 20mins.  Added dried oregano, salt and pepper.  I'm planning on making this regularly.  Thank you for sharing!

I love this recipe, I make it almost weekly! I usually add paprika and stock paste and use butter beans, because I prefer it a bit more mushed up. I have also used pickled onions as I didn't have anything else and omitted the balsamic and it works. I have even added taco spices to make a Mexican version. So versatile and so very delicious tmrc_emoticons.)
