Ingredients

Spicy Summer Chilli

  • 1 clove garlic, (1 Large or 2 Small cloves)
  • 1/2 Spanish onion, Halved
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, Halved
  • 1/2 tomato, Halved
  • 1 Large chilli, to taste
  • 30 grams coriander
  • 30 grams Continental Parsley
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 lemon, Juice only
  • olive oil, just a drizzle

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add Garlic, Spanish Onion, Lebanese Cucumber, Tomato, Chilli Coriander, Parsley Salt & Pepper to taste. Lock Lid, Blitz on Turbo for 1 second.


    2. Scrape down the sides and blitz on turbo for 1 more second.


    3. Squeeze in the lemon juice, add a bit more salt and pepper (to taste) and give a light drizzle of olive oil. Mix on reverse soft speed for 5 seconds.


    4.Pour into your TM basket and squeeze out excess liquid.


    5. Transfer into a bowl and you're done.

Tip

If you dont like coriander substitute for extra parsley as the coriander flavour is very strong in this dish.

 

This goes amazing on bread with hommus, on steak, as a side salad the options are endless.
