Ingredients

  • 1 brown onion, PEELED AND QUARTERED
  • 1 clove LARGE garlic, PEELED
  • 1 LARGE green chilli, fresh
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon CLIVE OF INDIA CURRY POWDER
  • 1/2 teaspoon GROUND TURMERIC POWDER
  • 2 ORGANIC corn cobs, kernels removed, OR 1 CAN ORGANIC SWEET CORN
  • 1 CHICKEN BREAST, FREE RANGE, Sliced 1cm thickness
  • 2-3 teaspoon organic raw sugar, OR SWEETNER OF CHOICE
  • 1-2 teaspoon sea salt flakes, ADD FOR TASTE
  • 1 can Ayam coconut cream
  • 1/4 can WATER (AYAM CAN)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Chop onions, garlic and chilli 9 seconds/speed 5.


    2. Scrape down sides with spatular.  
    Add olive oil, curry powder & turmeric then saute
    5 minutes/100 degrees/speed 1.


    3. Add chicken breast, saute for 2 minutes/90 degrees/speedGentle stir settingcounter-clockwise operation


    4. Add can of corn, coconut cream, salt, sugar, and water.  Cook 13 minutes/90 degrees/counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting

Tip

Measuring cap off untill step 3.

Keep tasting towards end around 12 min mark and add extra sweetner and salt as needed.

Add extra chicken breast and extra can of coconut cream for a larger meal.

Would suit rice if you needed to bulk it up

Don't cut back on the chilli, it really adds that flavour.
