Ingredients
- 200 g pears peeled and cored
- 450 g cauliflower
- 1 medium onion quartered
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 tbsp mild curry paste
- 600 g vegetable stock
- 100 g Almond milk unsweetened
- salt & pepper

Measure the oil in the TM bowl, add the quartered onions and chop 4 seconds/speed 4, repeat as necessasry scraping down sides each time
Cook Varoma/ 3 minutes /speed 1 meanwhile prep the cauliflower and pears
Add the curry paste, half cauliflower, chop 8 seconds / speed 6, scrape down and repeat until cauliflower is very small, add the rest of the cauliflower and repeat, finally add the pear and repeat chop stage once more.
Add stock Cook 20 minutes, temp 100/ speed 1
Add the almond milk, Blend 1 minute temp 90 and increase the speed up to 8.
Taste and season as desired, blend briefly just to combine then serve.

Tip
The cauliflower looks like it might not fit in but chop in stages until it is broken down then there is plenty of room
