    How to make fresh corn creamy soup
  1. Cut corn kernels from cobs

    Add corn kernels to Closed lid"Closed lid"  with water.

    Cook 8 minutes, Varoma, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 1

    Add milk and stock to Closed lid"Closed lid"

    Cook 8 minutes, 100 degrees, Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Speed 1

    Puree 1 min/speed 9, gradually increasing speed from speed 1 to spped 9.

    Transfer to a thermoserver or large bowl and serve hot with crusty bread.

Tip

If bubbling occurs, add 20grs of olive oil or butter to Closed lid"Closed lid" and continue cooking with simmering basket on top of lid
