Ingredients
1 Dozen Oysters
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 250 gram cream cheese
- 120 gram Pouring Cream
- 20 gram Ground Parmasen Cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Tobasco
- 250 gram Smoked Salmon
- 1 tablespoon Chopped dill to Garnish

Clean and Shuck Oysters if required
Place dill into TM bowl and chop 3sec/sp7
Add Cream Cheese, Cream, Lemon juice, Tobasco and ground Parmasen and mix for 20sec/sp4
Add Salmon and mix for 20-30sec/Speed 5
Place a teaspoon of the Salmon mixture onto each Oyster. You can either use a spoon to do this, or a piping bag.
Granish with fresh dill
Tip
The Parmasen add's a sharper taste to the flavour you can adjust this to suit your taste.
If you have left over Mousse you can use it as a stir through pasta sauce with Spinach
