  • 65 grams macadamias
  • 125 grams unsalted butter, Cut into pieces
  • 65 grams Rice malt syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tablespoon Boiling water
  • 145 grams rolled oats
  • 60 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 70 grams plain four
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, Ground

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 150 degrees & line 2 trays with baking paper

    Add macadamias to bowl and chop 15 sec speed 4

    Empty into a bowl and set aside.

    Add to TM bowl butter, rice malt syrup & vanilla

    Cook 2 min / 60 degres / speed 2

    Scrape down sides 

    Add pinch of salt to bowl 

    Add bi carb and water mix 5sec / speed 3

    Add oats, flour,  coconut, macadamias and cinnamon

    Mix 10 sec/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 4

    Scrape down bowl & repeat

    Mix 10 sec/ Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 4

    Roll 1 tbls of mixture into a ball and place on tray, flattening into a disc. Repeat with remaining mixture, allowing room for spreading..

    Place in the middle of oven and bake for 15 min or until golden brown. 

    Allow to cool on trays before transferring to a wire rack. Store in a airtight container.

    Didn't put in macadamia nuts cos for school lunches, but delicious. Definitely will make again and put in nuts for adults. Thanks for recipe.
