  • 80 grams raw sugar
  • 125 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 210 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 250 grams dark chocolate bits

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1). Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.

    2). Place butter and sugar in TM bowl - speed 4 for 30 seconds. Or until creamy.

    3). Add condensed milk. Mix - speed 4, 15 seconds.

    4). Add flour. Mix - speed 4, 30 seconds.

    5). Add chocolate bits. Mix - Reverse, speed 3, 10 seconds.

    6). Roll about 2 teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls and place on lined baking paper trays.

    7). Bake between 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden.

    Great recipe for choc chip cookies. Whenever I cook them these are quickly devoured. I do flatten the balls of cookie mixture. These cookies do spread quite a big so make sure you leave enough room on the tray tmrc_emoticons.D

    Thanks for sharing. These were delicious. I substituted caramel chips for chocolate and the children devoured them.
