Tip
This is a recipe I had a crack at converting. I would imagine to make it really simple you could just use 100g Raw Sugar any honey and salt will do and I only used vanilla bean paste because that's all I had in the cupboard. You could use essence instead.
I welcome feedback, I have posted exactly what I did. I might try creaming butter and sugar first next time then just add all ingredients. Like we all know, it all works out in the mix anyway. Enjoy

I found the mix a little wet too. Just added another tbs of flour to the mix and it was perfectly fine. Yummy recipe though
I made these and they weren't chewy at all. They were soft. Did I need to cook them longer? Taste good though.
What's the calorie count on them, though?

Made these today & the batter is too wet. I would add more flour next time.
