- 115 grams Butter, Plus little extra to coat spatula
- 100's and 1000's sprinkles

- Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease bar moulds and set aside.
- Place a bowl onto the mixing bowl lid, weigh in rice bubbles and set aside.
- Place marshmallows(minis work best, otherwise chop large ones into 3 pieces) and butter into mixing bowl, place simmering basket onto mixing bowl lid and melt 5 min/100°C/speed 1
- Meanwhile coat spatula with a little butter and set aside
- Add rice bubbles to mixing bowl. "Closed lid" . Mix 20sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 2.5. Mix with aid if spatula to ensure all rice bubbles
- Tansfer mixture into prepared tin/mould. With clean buttered fingers or spatula, press nixture into tin. Sprinkle with 100s & 1000s or top with topping of choice.
- Place in fridge to cool approx 15-20mind. Then cut/remove from moulds, store in airtight container.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
