  • 165 grams white sugar
  • 85 grams Butter, Softened
  • 1 egg
  • 170 grams Milk
  • 250 grams self-raising flour
  • 30 grams cocoa powder

Sauce

  • 230 grams white sugar
  • 35 grams cocoa powder
  • 700 grams water, Boiled

Recipe's preparation

    Sauce
  1. Add 230g white sugar to bowl

  2. Add 35g cocoa powder to bowl

  3. Closed lid"Closed lid"

  4. Mix 5 Seconds, Speed 5

  5. Set mixture aside in seperate bowl

  6. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius. Boil water in kettle.

  7. Pudding
  8. Place 165g white sugar in bowl.

  9. Closed lid"Closed lid"

  10. Mix 10 Seconds, Speed 9

  11. Insert Butterfly Whisk

  12. Add 85g Butter to bowl

  13. Mix 30 Seconds, Speed 4

  14. Scrape sides of bowl with spatular

  15. Add 1 egg to bowl

  16. Mix 20 Seconds, Speed 4

  17. Scrape sides of bowl with spatular

  18. Mix 20 Seconds, Speed 4

  19. Remove Butterfly Whisk

  20. Add 170g Milk to bowl

  21. Add 250g Self-Raising Flour to bowl

  22. Add 30g Cocoa Powder to bowl

  23. Mix 5 Seconds, Speed 3

  24. Scrape sides of bowl with spatular

  25. Mix 10 Seconds, Speed 3

  26. Pour batter into baking dish

  27. Sprinkle reserved sugar and cocoa mixture evenly over batter

  28. Weigh 700g boiling water into bowl

  29. Carefully pour boiling water over pudding

  30. Bake pudding in oven for 25minutes or until a skewer comes out clean with no uncooked batter. Once cooked serve with cream or ice-cream. Enjoy!

Tip

When pouring the boiling water over the pudding, pour the water onto the back of a tablespoon to prevent creating holes in the mixture
