Very nice considering there is no chocolate
I scaled back the sugar to 200gm, still very sweet maybe next time uses even less sugar
thank you for the recipe
These are delicious! I scaled back slightly on the sugar and cocoa as was making them for the kids. Will definitely be making again!
We all loved these and so easy to make . Will definitely be making again.

This would have to be the best brownies I have ever made.
Great, easy and quick recipe using basic ingredients that are almost always in my cupboard. A real hit with both kids and adults.
I have made this recipe several times. So easy! Easily made lactose and gluten free and still amazing! Love it with chocolate chips or iced with butter frosting to jazz it up at a party.
This is just delicious. All cupboard staples as well
AJH85: I googled the original recipe and it's 1 tsp of vanilla essence
So yummy. I googled the Donna Hay recipe to find out how much vanilla to add, it's 1 tsp. At the step after you add flour and do the final mix I added 100g dark choc chips. I can see this becoming a regular.
