Tip
its a very sweet biscuit but very addictive!
Can add caramel choc chips or any choc chips to top.
Also you can sandwich together with nutella.
Can freeze.

I only added about 60g of brown sugar. Still too sweet (because of the syrup). I think next time I’ll use caster sugar, even though no caramel taste/just normal biscuit then.

quick & very tasty
Quick and easy, great for a quick after school snack when you have nothing in the house! I also cut down the cooking time, and added a white choc chip in the centre! Delicious!
