- 200 g raw mixed nuts
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 50 g crystalised ginger
- 100 g Shredded coconut
- 410 g sweetened condensed milk (one tin)

Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced).
Place nuts in "Closed lid" , 3 seconds, speed 5. Remove from bowl and place to one side.
Place cranberries and ginger in "Closed lid" , 3 seconds, speed 5.
Add nuts and coconut to "Closed lid" , 5 seconds, speed 3 "Counter-clockwise operation" .
Add condensed milk to mixture. 10 seconds, "Gentle stir setting" .
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place mixture on tray and roll out to a rectangle to a thickness of approx 12mm.
Use a wet knife to pre-cut into bars.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes then recut bars before placing on cooling rack.
Once cooled, place bars in air-tight container between sheets of baking powder in refrigerator. Can be stored for up to a week.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
