Ingredients
Base
- 125 grams Butter
- 130 grams Gluten free plain flour
- 20 grams gluten free cocoa
- 95 grams brown sugar
- 40 grams Coconut
Filling
- 395 grams condensed milk, (1 can)
- 50 grams golden syrup
- 60 grams Butter
Topping
- 150 grams gluten free milk chocolate

Base
Melt butter on speed 3 for 2 minutes at 60 degrees.
Add gluten free plain flour, cocoa, brown sugar and coconut, mix on speed 3 for 10 seconds.
Place combined ingredients in slice tray and spread evenly. Cook in 170 degree celcius oven for 15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Filling
Place condensed milk, golden syrup and butter in TM bowl, cook on speed 2 for 7 minutes at 60 degrees. Pour over base and return to oven, cook for 15 minutes. Cool in fridge for at least an hour.
Topping
Place chocolate in TM bowl and grate for 8 seconds on speed 9. Melt chocolate on speed 3 for 3 minutes at 60 degrees. Pour chocolate over base and set in fridge. Cut and serve.
