Gluten Free Chocloate Brownies
- 400g can butter beans, Drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 level tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 level teaspoons Milk
- 60g cocoa powder
- 150g Almond Meal or Hazelnut Meal
- 125g brown sugar
- 1 level teaspoon baking powder
- 1 level teaspoon Icing Sugar to Dust, Optional

Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees c
· Grease and line a slice tin
· Blend all wet ingredients together on reverse slow speed 1 for 2 minutes
· Add all dry ingredients and stir on speed 2 for 4 minutes scrape down sides of thermo jug and then blend again speed 2 for further 2 minutes
· Pour into prepared tin and bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean
· Let the brownies cool in pan before slicing.
· Dust with icing sugar if desired
Tip
Don't mention the butter beans until after the kids have tried this. This is a moist brownie with lots of flavour and healthy for you.]
