Ingredients

Cookies

  • 2 ripe bananas (about 200 g)
  • 60 grams gluten free rolled oats
  • 30 grams Shredded coconut
  • 80 grams raw cacao nibs, Alternatively can use goji berries, cranberries, sultanas, etc
  • 45 grams macadamia oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe's preparation

    mixture
  1.  Put all ingredients except cacao nibs/dried fruit into bowl and mix for 5 seconds, speed 4.
  2. Put in cacao nibs/dried fruit and mix on Reverse for 5 seconds, speed 2.

  3. Let sit for 15 minutes.

  4. Line baking tray and space out heaped teaspoons of mixture . Flatten to make into biscuit shapes as the shape won’t change much.

  5. Bake on 180 degrees for 20 minutes

    Lovely, I found the mixture a bit sloppy so put in some wheat germ and sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Kids love them
