I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Chop garlic, onion, carrot & herbs for 6 seconds, speed 7.
Add oil and saute for 3 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 50 minutes at Varoma temperature on Reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" + speed soft"Gentle stir setting"
Place both halves of spaghetti squash (both halves of squash will fit providing it is a small - medium sized squash) in the bottom half of the Varoma tray & cover with lid. They won't sit flat - and you don't want that because it would block the holes - they will hold each other up on a diagonal leaning against the sides of the Varoma.
Place the Varoma on bowl and cook at the same time as the bolognaise sauce (50 minutes). Be careful not to overcook as you don't want mushy spaghetti.Once cooked, ensure there are no seeds and ikky bits from the middle. Then get a fork and scrape lengthwise down the inside of the squash to produce spaghetti. You should get enough spaghetti for four small adult serves, or 3 large serves.

Tip
Spaghetti squash is a great alternative to pasta for those who are gluten free / grain free.
