Ingredients
Karen's lolly cake with condensed milk
- 250 g malt biscuits
- 180 g Fruit puffs
- 120 g Butter, room temperature and cubed
- 20 g Butter, room temperature and cubed
- 62 g water
- 90 g raw sugar
- 55 g milk powder
- You will also need a medium bowl and spatula

- Place malt biscuits into the thermomix bowl
Crush on turbo for 2 seconds then another 2 seconds
Tip crumbs into a medium sized bowl - Place fruit puffs into the thermomix bowl
Chop for 3 seconds on speed 8
Tip into the bowl with the biscuit crumbs - For condensed milk: Place water and 20g of butter into the thermomix bowl
Heat for 3 minutes/120°C/speed 2 - Add raw sugar and milk powder.
Blend 30 seconds/speed 10
Stir with the spatula - Add remaining 120g butter
Melt for 1 minute/100°C/speed 2 - Add biscuit crumbs and lollies back into the thermomix bowl
Mix on reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" /5 seconds/speed 7 - Tip onto thermomat and roll into a log shape or press into greased tin
- Refrigerate until firm
Tip
For bigger lolly pieces adjust time and speed
