Ingredients
Pudding
- 120g Butter, softened
- 120g raw sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste, or extract
- 200g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 20g Milk
- 150 g Maltesers
Sauce
- 200g Boiling water
- 150g brown sugar
- 20g cocoa powder

** Preheat oven to 180 deg
1. Add butter and sugar to TM and cream - 30 sec/speed 4. Scrape down sides
2. Set speed to 3 - add eggs one at a time, and then vanilla through hole in lid. Stop blades
3. Add flour, baking powder and milk and mix - 10 sec/speed 3.5
4. Add maltesers and use spatula to stir through by hand
5. Spoon into a baking dish. Don't wash bowl
1. Add all sauce ingredients to (unwashed) TM and mix - 10 sec/speed 5
2. Pour over the back of a spooon, over pudding
3. Bake - 35-40 min at 180 deg until golden and risen
4. Serve with icecream if desired

Tip
** Make individual puddings by dividing mixture into 6 ramekins. make sure you allow enough room for the pudding to rise.
** Replace maltesers with any other chocolate bar.

Easy and delicious!!!! I made this in 4 ramekins (cooked for 35 minutes), which ended up being big serves but everyone managed to finish them. Would make again!!!!
