Ingredients
Nut Free Muesli Bar
- 160 grams rolled oats
- 100 grams Flour, Plain
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, bi carb soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 40 grams sunflower seeds
- 40 grams pumpkin seed
- 100 grams coconut oil
- 170 grams Rice malt syrup
- 200 grams honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate melt
- 100 grams milk cooking chocolate

- 1. Place a large glass bowl onto your mixing bowl press tare
2. Weigh in all dry ingredients into the glass bowl one at a time
3. Mix all dry ingredients though with your spatular
4. Weigh in all the wet ingredients
5. Mix all ingredients with your spatular
6. Dough will be very crumbly, press into a 30cmx15cm pan
7. Bake in oven 180degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown
8. Cool in tin for 20 minutes, while doing next step
9. Set TM6 to scale mode weigh in 100grams of milk cooking chocolate broken into 2cm pieces
10. Chop up milk cooking chocolate, 5 seconds speed 9
11. Melt milk cooking chocolate, 4minutes, 50 degrees, speed 1
12. Pour milk cooking chocolate onto the nut free muesli bar, scraping the side of the mixing bowl with your spatular
13. Smooth the milk cooking chocolate out over the whole top of the nut free muesli bar
14. Place the whole baking tin into the fridge to cool the chocolate for upto 30 minutes
15. Take nut free muesli bar out of fridge and remove from the tin, placing it on a choppping board.
16. Cut to desired size
17. Keep in fridge for upto 2weeks or freeze and eat as desired

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
