- 125 grams Butter
- 1 tablespoon Rice malt syrup
- 150 grams Self Raising Flour
- 85 grams Desiccated Coconut
- 110 grams Rapadura Sugar
- 100 grams rolled oats
- 100 grams choc chips
- 100 grams sultanas
- 2 eggs

Melt Butter and Rice Malt Syrup in Thermomix 2 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 2.
Scrape down the inside of the bowl
Add self raising flour, desiccated coconut, rapadure sugar, oats, sultanas, chocolate chips and finally 2 eggs.
Mix 10 seconds, , speed 4.
Pour slice into prepared 18cm X 28cm slice tin and smooth the tops with a spatular.
Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until it starts to go brown. Over cooking it will make it dry and crumbly.
Slice when cool.
