base
- 25 g Butter
- 50 g sweetener
- 200 g Mixed Nuts, raw
- 50 g dessicated coconut
filling
- 250 g cream
- 50 g sweetener
- 100 g Nut Butter, of your choice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
- 1 tbsp cornflour, plus water to mix
- 2 bananas, sliced
topping
- 250 g whipped cream
- 50 g dark chocolate, grated

- heat oven to 180°C
- place 25 g of butter in mixing bowl. melt 2 mins /60 °C/speed 2
- add 200g mixed nuts
and 50 g sweetenerand 50 g of desiccated coconut
50 g sweetener mix 15 secs/ speed 8 - once combined, press into lined tart tin. bake in oven 15 mins until golden brown. leave t cool completely before adding the filling.
- clean and dry the mixing bowl,
- for the filling, place all ingredients into the bowl and set on "Thickening" mode
- pour into cooled base and top with slice bananas, and pop in the fridge until completely cold
- top with whipped cream and greated chocolate. serve and enjoy

Tip
whip cream on speed 4 with butterfly whisk. don't set a time but watch through hole until ready.
