Ingredients
- 100 grams Protein Powder (Chocolate), I used BT powder - but up to you
- 100 grams almonds, raw
- 120 grams Natvia
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence
- 10 grams cocoa powder, if you want to be healthier use cacao powder
- 4 eggs

Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Grease and line an 18cm x 28cm tray - can use bigger though - will just make a thinner slice
Mill almonds 10 secs /speed 9
Put in all other ingredients
Mix 40 secs /speed 4
May need to put spatula in and rearrange as it is a really thick batter
Spread out into tray
Bake about 15 mins - but if you want a gooier (is that a word?) texture cook for 10 mins and check

Can use light olive oil if you don't have coconut oil
