    Bolu Kukus Cokelat
  1. Cara membuat bolu kukus sederhana juga tidak begitu sulit. Kamu tinggal mengumpulkan bahan-bahannya dan mengikuti langkah-langkah mudahnya. Berikut cara membuat bolu kukus coklat:

    Bahan-bahan:
    - 100 gram tepung terigu

    - 100 gram gula pasir

    - 200 gram mentega, lelehkan

    - 5 butir telur ayam

    - 50 gram cokelat bubuk

    - 190 ml susu kental manis cokelat

    - 1 sdt cake emulsifier

    - Loyang kue sesuai selera

    Cara membuat bolu kukus cokelat:
    1. Ayak tepung terigu, sisihkan.

    2. Masukkan gula, telur, dan cake emulsifier dalam wadah lalu kocok menggunakan mixer hingga mengembang.

    3. Sambil terus dikocok tambahkan juga cokelat bubuk dan susu kental manis cokelat. Kocok hingga rata.

    4. Tuangkan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit, tambahkan mentega yang telah dilelehkan.

    5. Tuangkan adonan ke dalam loyang yang telah diolesi mentega kira-kira sekitar 3/4 tinggi loyang.

    6. Kukus selama 20 menit atau hingga mengembang.

    7. Diamkan dalam suhu ruangan selama 5 menit lalu keluarkan kue dari loyang.
