I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place butter, and sugars into TM bowl and cream together for 1 minute on speed 6,
Add eggs while on speed 3 until combined, about 10 seconds.
Add flour baking powder, and salt and set dial to closed lid position"Closed lid" , and mix for 40 seconds on interval speed"Dough mode" . May need to scrape down sides in this time.
Finally add m & m's (choc chips), thare are a lot, so firstly I mix for 15 seconds on reverse"Counter-clockwise operation" + soft speed"Gentle stir setting" . Then mix in with spatula.
Place heaped tablespoons of mix on a lined baking tray leaving room for them to spread.
Bake at 180c for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on your oven) or until teh biscuits are beginning to brown lightly and are firm to the touch. Transfer to a cake rack to cool.
