Ingredients

50 grams butter

  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1 --- apple, cored & quarters
  • 2 banana
  • 30 grams honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 grams Wholemeal SR. Flour, White flour is fine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 level teaspoon baking powder, optional

  • 2 teaspoon ground cinamon

Recipe's preparation

    Muffins
  1. Melt butter speed two 60 degrees, 2 minutes

    Add the apple 3 seconds speed 7, 

     

    Put the bananas into the TM and 'mash' on speed 4 for 6 secs.

    Add in the milk, the honey, the vanilla extract and the eggs - mix on speed 5 for 5 secs.

  2. Weigh in the flour,add the salt, and cinnamon (and baking powder if you want to use it) and mix on speed 3 for 5 secs to combine.

    Pour the mixture into the paper cases and bake in the oven for 20 mins at 180 degrees.

Tip

- Great for lunchboxes

- I used TM butter

    I am still waiting for these to cook so can not rate them. However, I had a big, big problem. I measured everything fine but then I didn’t know how much milk to put in because not in the ingredient list but in the recipe. So I ended up adding about 400g soy milk and mixing it in. I hope they’ll be OK as they’re for Fathers Day. I put in (dried) Mixed Spice instead of cinnamon (because that has cinnamon already in there).
