- 2 Eggs.
- 100 grams Self Raising Flour
- 100 grams plain flour
- 100 grams full cream milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 Snack Size Twix

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fanforced)
Add margarine and raw sugar to bowl and mix 20 seconds/speed 5
Add eggs one at a time through MC hold while mixing 20 seconds/speed 4
Add flours, milk and vanilla and mix 30 seconds/speed 6
Divide batter evenly between 12 cupcake cases, cut snack size twix in half and pop in middle of cupcakes.
Bake 180 degrees approxmately 20 min or until skewer comes out clear.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
