- 3 55g Frys turkish delight bars
- 1 250g packet Arnotts marie biscuits
- 1 220g block of white chocolate, I use cadbury dream
- 1 can Condensed milk 400g
- Baking Paper 30 x 10

Put packet of biscuits into thermomix and mix 4 sec / speed 5 until consistancy of coarse breadcrumbs.
Chop two turkish delight bars into fine pieces and place in the biscuit crumb, mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 4 until mixed evenly through.
Add the can of condensed milk and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 5 until all ingredients are wet.
Line a standard slice pan with baking paper keeping it in place with a smear of butter.
Place biscuit base into tin and press down with the back of a spoon.
Using a sharp knife cut the final turkish delight bar into tiny pieces.
Melt the cadbury chocolate in the thermomix 50 degrees, speed 2 until melted, this can take up to 5 minutes.
Add the chopped bar to melted chocolate and pour over base.
Place slice into fridge for several hours before cutting, you will know when it is ready because the surface will harden.
Pulk out slice from tray using the edges of the baking paper. Using a sharp knife cut into 8 even bars, then cut the eight bars into another eight pieces, making a total of 32 pieces.

This is the BEST recipe. So easy and delicious. Everyone who has tried it raves about it. My variation is that I just put all the Turkish delight bars in the base and top it with the melted chocolate. Then I decorate with cochineal.
