- 320 gSelf Raising flour
- 35 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20 g Butter
- 625 g buttermilk

Place butter into TM bowl and melt for 40seconds at 50 degrees on speed 4.
Add the remainder of the ingredients to the bowl. Mix for 30 seconds on speed 5 until smooth.
Place spoonfuls in to a hot pan. Cook until bubbled and then turn over and cook the other side. Serve with maple syrup or lemon and sugar.
Tip
Great way to use up all the buttermilk you have left over in your freezer from making butter

These are the bomb. I make them when I do a bulk load of butter and want to use up the buttermilk. I freeze them with baking paper in between and reheat for kids on weekends. They're better than maccas ones. Thank you

Just smashed these out for brekky - they are DELICIOUS! Absolutely perfect pancakes! Light & fluffy and delicious cold too! Thank you
Followed the recipe to a T. Even after letting the mix sit for 15mins the batter was still very runny and my pancakes were flat and stodgy.
Light and fluffy.
I halved the recipe as it was only for 2 of us for breakfast. I added chocolate chips to the second lot I cooked which were delicious. Thanks for a fantastic recipe.

I used GL flour and Rice Malt Suryp to try get them a litle Healthier. taste good, they aren't very sweet which is great.
