- 150 g full cream milk powder

- Clean bowl with water and big splash white vinegar, few mins on browning pre-clean mode. Let it dry
- Add all ingredients to bowl.
- Mix 10 seconds Speed 5
- "Warm Up" Warm up Mode 45°
- "Ferment" Ferment mode 40° for 12 hours
- Store in air tight containers. Be sure to keep 110g of yogurt for the starter for your next batch.
Tip
(NOTE when recipe asks for yoghurt starter, this just means a small amount of store bought plain Greek yoghurt, or some from your precious batch. Always keep a little for your next starter)

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
